Student rate is for full-time graduate and undergraduate students only.
Registration includes access to all keynote talks, paper sessions, and workshops, lunch both days of the conference, and attendance at the reception.
Registration is non-refundable. We can transfer your registration to another attendee, but cannot offer refunds.
Bulk Registration
Contact conference@digital-frontiers.org about bulk registrations and group rates. Coordinate with your institution if seeking a group rate. Individual registrations will not be refunded or bundled with groups.
Dining Options
Beverage service and lunch are included in registration for Thursday and Friday. Vegetarian, Gluten Free, and Vegan/Non-Dairy dining options will be accommodated. If your dietary needs do not fit into those categories, please consider bringing lunch. We do not offer a reduced registration rate if you opt out of meals.
Student Travel Bursaries and Registration Scholarships
We have a limited number of $250 Student Travel Bursaries available for students travelling more than 300 miles to the conference. Student Travel Bursaries include registration. Additional Student Registration Scholarships are also available; all student presenters are available to apply for these scholarships. To apply for these awards, please complete this form before you register. Application deadline is July 15, 2019.

International Attendees
We are unable to accept credit card payments from cards associated with post codes outside the US, Canada, Japan, Australia, and the United Kingdom. For inquiries about registering from outside those countries, please email conference@digital-frontiers.org.
