Student rate is for full-time graduate and undergraduate students only.
IDRH is pleased to be able to provide a limited number of subsidies to students, staff and faculty at the University of Kansas and at Haskell University. For qualified participants from these institutions, IDRH will cover half the registration cost. For more details, please visit the IDRH website or contact idrh@ku.edu PRIOR to submitting your registration form. Subsidies will be awarded while funds allocated for this purpose are available.
Groups of 5 or more receive a 15% discount on the 2018 rate. Contact conference@digital-frontiers.org about the group rate. Coordinate with your institution if seeking a group rate. Individual registrations will not be refunded or bundled with groups.
Registration includes access to all keynote talks, paper sessions, and workshops, lunch both days of the conference, and attendance at the reception.
Vegetarian, Gluten Free, and Vegan/Non-Dairy dining options will be offered. If your dietary needs do not fit into those categories, please consider bringing lunch. We do not offer a reduced registration rate if you opt out of meals.
Registration is non-refundable. We can transfer your registration to another attendee, but cannot offer refunds.
We are unable to accept credit card payments from cards associated with post codes outside the US, Canada, Japan, Australia, and the United Kingdom. For inquiries about registering from outside those countries, please email conference@digital-frontiers.org.
